  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or special-order products.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Products that have been used or installed.

Return Process

  2. Prepare Your Item: Securely package the product, including all original components and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or our error.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
