- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or special-order products.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Products that have been used or installed.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email address/phone number] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Prepare Your Item: Securely package the product, including all original components and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
